We regularly meet with our suppliers to discuss how they can assist us improve the results of what we do whether that is the cleanness of the cut, the fine finish to surface the appearance of the sealant or the longevity of the final product.

We well understand that you may be wary of wood floor restoration, which, to many, conjures up visions of prolonged inconvenience and perhaps even the need to move out until the work is completed. This, coupled with the cost and the potential problems of cleaning up the dust that spreads through the rest of the property if you made a poor choice of floor sander, is enough to deter many from commissioning a sand and seal process.

For this very reason we have developed a range of services to bring you peace of mind. We really do believe there is magic in what we do.

Where it is necessary to sand we have developed a virtually dust-free process. The sanders are connected to vacuuming systems which where accessible remove the dust right outside the premises to our truckmounted vacuumation system. Where that proves inaccessible or impractical, powerful portable vacuums are utilised.

As an alternative, particularly on engineered flooring we use the proven Rx system developed by the leading manufacturer Chemspec
